3Deez is an Australian brand based in Queensland specialising in custom-made collectible figurines, personalised novelty gifts, and custom tradie figurines. We design and produce made-to-order figurines for customers across Australia, with a strong focus on tradie gift ideas for electricians, builders, plumbers, carpenters, mechanics, and other trade professionals.

3Deez products are designed as decorative collectible figurines intended for display, novelty use, and personal customisation.

They may also be used as light accessories, including tool bag accessories, decorative attachments for work gear, locker or workspace ornaments, and vehicle interior decorations at user discretion.

These uses are secondary to the product’s intended purpose as a decorative collectible item.

3Deez products are designed and produced as collectible decorative items with an emphasis on creativity, appearance, and general novelty use.

While care is taken in production to create a robust finished product, they are not industrial, structural, or load-bearing items and have not been impact tested or certified for resistance to mechanical stress.

Accordingly, products are not warranted against damage caused by drops, crushing, impact, pressure, bending, or other forms of force or rough handling.

Some products may include smaller or detailed components that require reasonable care during handling and use.

Where products are used as tool bag accessories or attached to work gear, they are intended strictly as light decorative additions only.

Even in these applications, products must be kept free from unnecessary stress, tension, snagging, compression, or impact forces. Users are responsible for ensuring attachments do not place strain on the product or its components.

Any damage resulting from improper attachment, excessive movement, or exposure to force during use is not covered.

Some customers choose to display products inside vehicle interiors such as dashboards or cabins. This is not the primary intended use of the product.

Vehicle use is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk. Products may shift, detach, or become damaged during travel, and securing methods are the responsibility of the user.

Some users may choose to mount products externally on vehicles. This is not recommended and is not an intended use.

If externally mounted, products must be securely fixed using two UV-resistant zip ties or equivalent secure fastening methods. Users assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or detachment.

Products must not be left exposed to high heat, direct sunlight for extended periods, or extreme vehicle temperatures including dashboards or enclosed cars on hot days.

Exposure to heat may result in warping, deformation, softening, discolouration, structural weakening, or adhesive failure.

This includes typical Australian summer conditions.

In cooler climates or lower-temperature environments, some users may temporarily display products in vehicles. However, this remains outside the intended use of the product and is done entirely at the user’s risk.

Keep out of reach of children at all times.

These products are not toys and are strictly intended for individuals aged 15 years and over.

Products may contain small or detachable components and may present a choking hazard.

3Deez currently ships within Australia only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, parcel size and weight, courier pricing, and rural or remote delivery conditions.

All products are made-to-order. Estimated production time is 2–4 weeks depending on demand and complexity.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

All items are made-to-order collectible products.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for change of mind, incorrect selections, or custom order decisions after production begins.

This does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellation fees of up to 80% may apply.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. We will assess and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.

By submitting content or designs, you confirm you own or have rights to the content, that it does not infringe intellectual property rights, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.

We reserve the right to reject designs at our discretion.

Customers must not use 3Deez products to harass, bully, intimidate, discriminate, or create defamatory or harmful content.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders.

All intellectual property associated with 3Deez remains the property of 3Deez, including branding, logos, product designs, figurine styles, website content, marketing materials, and digital assets.

These rights may be protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws whether registered or unregistered.

You must not copy, reproduce, or commercially use any 3Deez intellectual property without permission.

Unless otherwise stated, submissions and ideas may be used or adapted by 3Deez without obligation of payment or royalties and do not transfer ownership.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or reject suspicious transactions.

We use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, and courier companies. We are not responsible for third-party system performance or outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Deez is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We collect personal information including name, email, shipping details, order information, and basic device data. This is used for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data.

All 3Deez products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) processes. As a result, minor surface variations, layer lines, and small cosmetic imperfections are inherent to the production method and do not constitute defects.

Product images, previews, and mock-ups displayed on our website, social media, or marketing materials are digital renders or concept representations only. These images are intended to provide a visual guide of the design and may not reflect the exact final physical product.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products and variations in materials, pigments, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes, the final product colours, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from digital previews or previous orders. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a fault or misrepresentation.

All products are made-to-order and require production time prior to dispatch. Estimated production times are 2–4 weeks, however this may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and manufacturing capacity.

Shipping timeframes are in addition to production time and vary based on the selected courier service, delivery location, and external factors outside our control. Delays may occur due to high demand, supply chain disruptions, weather events, or courier delays.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Any estimated delivery times provided are indicative only and subject to change.
